World Time Zone Meeting Planner
Compare the same instant across cities, find overlapping office hours, and share a meeting time. Daylight saving rules are handled automatically.
How to find a time across time zones
Select two to five cities, choose the reference city's date and time, and compare the local times. The tool suggests slots where everyone is within typical weekday 9 AM–6 PM working hours. It does not check individual calendars.
Daylight saving time
Offsets can change during the year. PulseTime uses the browser's international time-zone data for the selected meeting date instead of assuming fixed differences between cities. A nonexistent local hour during a clock-forward transition cannot be booked.
Frequently asked questions
Can I invite participants?
Use the Google Calendar link to create an event on your own calendar. Review the details and add guests in Google Calendar; PulseTime does not send invitations or store attendee information.
Can I share a meeting time?
Yes. The share link saves the cities, reference date and meeting time in the URL. It does not include private account data.
